Good food, had very peaceful stay.

The whole room was brand-newwith the bathroom, fridge. The cereals and hot waffles for breakfast were much appreciated. Convenient location by many attractions was a plus. Good service offered in this hotel.

Cereals and hot waffles were a nice touch. The location was favourable and convenient, next to resturants and the airport and mall and the cruise port in Galveston.

The hotel was clean with very amiable and extremely friendly staff on how to manage a property while manager is gone. The room was a nice size and updated with microwave and fridge, as example, had everything we wanted. The breakfast had variety of options, cereals and hot waffles.

The room itself was spotless and updated and the hotel was clean. The location was wonderful near many restaurants. It was also not far from Hobby airport and a last minute high school basketball tournament and California. The food for breakfast, especially cereals and hot waffles, was nice.

I liked the room; it was a nice size and updated with a king bed and fridge and microwave.

The staff were all amicable, outstandingly accommodating. The hotel had a wonderful and magnificent position, in the greatest neighborhoods. Moreover, it was just off a restaurant and Hobby airport.

I had a great value for my money at Fairfield Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated me with excellent service. The location was convenient for my needs.

The morning meal could've been better with a wider variety of options.

The first room assigned someone was already in the room. How dose that happen? When I went into the bathroom I saw a cockroach in the tub area and the carpet my socks ended up black and I put them in th trash.

The hot tub was cold both times I tried to use it. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Both mornings I had to basically settle for dry toast and some milk. The fruit was gone and not replenished while I was there. (7-730Am) each day.The bacon was about gone and not replenished and was as greasy as the greaser hair in the Outsiders movie.... Yuuk. The eggs were gone both days and not refilled. The gravy for the biscuits was gone and not refilled. So, basically I had dry toast because the butter was so hard it would tear the toast apart and I don;t like jelly.

A lot of options for breakfast, good cereals and hot waffles. Favourable, comfy location in Houston, just next door to many restaurants, Galveston, and resturants and shopping.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the airport, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location close to the highway and intersection. It was so close to the I45 that at times, it felt like I was sleeping on the freeway. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive to detail and made sure that all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and clean. Plus, the breakfast provided was satisfying and a great way to start the day.

Service is bad. Staffs couldn't provide helpful information. Vending machine malfunction, just collecting money.

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff, especially the clerk, were friendly. It was a great overall experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it's quiet hotel with efficient staff from check-in to check-out.
